The hotel will feature 124 well-appointed rooms, each designed to offer a sense of calm, quality, and thoughtful simplicity. Ranging between 28m² and 31m², every room includes an en-suite bathroom, individually controlled air-conditioning, smart energy-management systems, premium bedding, satellite TV, coffee and tea facilities, a laptop-sized safe, outdoor seating, and complimentary daily water. A large proportion of rooms include a balcony or terrace, enabling guests to enjoy the charming atmosphere and natural light that define the Balluta area.

The lower levels house secure underground parking, refuse facilities, and dedicated wellness spaces including a fully equipped gym, SPA area, and changing rooms. Essential back-of-house services such as laundry and storage areas are positioned on their own floor to ensure smooth internal operations.

The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright reception area, lounge, bar, luggage room, and an accessible restroom, along with five guest rooms, one of which is an Accessible-for-All unit. From the first to the eleventh floor, ten modern rooms are available on each level, with accessible options thoughtfully integrated throughout.
